UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Today Judge Trask ruled that a receiver will be appointed to the Monte Vista Terrace property on Market Street.
7.07.17 the City will present to the Judge a plan for taking possession of the property, securing and identifying necessary steps to abate the hazardous conditions that have existed since the fire in November 2014.
